What data we process
The details you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email to prepare your booking: name, dates, pick-up place, flight number and number of people.
Why
Only to reply to you and arrange the service you ask for. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long
For as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the period required by Romanian accounting and tax law.
Who we share it with
We do not pass your data to third parties. When you message us on WhatsApp, that message is also processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own policy.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
The booking form on this website does not send anything to any server: it only opens WhatsApp with the message written so you decide whether to send it.
